How Lenz works
From opening the company to understanding its money.
Start with a free workspace. Complete company verification when you are ready to activate banking, connect the systems that matter, and let Lenz organize financial work around attention and action.
Open a workspace
Start without a sales process.
Create the company workspace for free and explore how Lenz is organized. No payment is required to try it.
Verify the company
Banking opens carefully.
Provide the company, signatory, director, activity, and document information required for review. Lenz keeps the state visible and explains what is still needed.
Account and banking activation remain subject to company verification and partner approval.
Activate banking
Begin with the capabilities available to your company.
Receive account details, understand funds, and use available payment capabilities. Products unavailable in the company’s market remain visibly locked rather than ambiguously hidden.
Connect context
Let the bank understand more than transactions.
Connect supported invoice, cloud, workspace, and accounting systems with explicit permission scopes.
Work from Attention
Important financial work finds the right person.
Lenz ranks issues and decisions by consequence, prepares context, and routes them according to responsibility.
Ask and prepare
Ask naturally. Review precisely.
Ask a financial question or state an intent. Lenz uses permitted tools to gather evidence and prepare a response or action.
Authorize
Company policy remains in control.
Payment and high-impact actions still follow permissions, thresholds, and approvals. Intelligence does not create a route around control.
See proof
The final state stays visible.
Track submission, processing, settlement, return, failure, and reversal as distinct states with supporting evidence and audit history.
Questions
Asked before trying Lenz.
Is Lenz a bank?
Lenz provides intelligent business-banking technology. Banking services and accounts are provided through disclosed licensed partners, and activation is subject to verification and partner approval.
What does it cost to try?
Nothing. Opening a workspace is free. Banking services, transactions, and partner services may carry disclosed fees when activated.
When does banking become active?
After company verification is reviewed and approved. Lenz keeps the application state visible the entire time, including exactly what is still needed.
Can Lenz move money on its own?
No. Lenz can read, explain, and prepare. Money moves only through your company’s permissions, thresholds, and approvals—and every execution is auditable.
What information does Lenz use?
Banking activity in your Lenz accounts, plus the systems you explicitly connect—such as invoice mail, cloud billing, and workforce licenses—each with visible, revocable scopes.
Which integrations are available?
Gmail invoice intake, AWS Cost Explorer, Google Cloud Billing, and Google Workspace are available today. Accounting connections are coming and will be labeled accurately.
Which currencies and countries are supported?
Lenz opens naira business banking for Nigerian companies first. Additional currencies appear in the product as visibly locked until they are genuinely available.
Can my finance team use it together?
Yes. Roles, permissions, approval policies, and the Attention queue are designed for founders, CFOs, and finance teams working as one company.
