Do I need a card to try Lenz?
No. Workspace creation asks for no payment details, and nothing is ever charged to a card.
Is the business account free?
Yes. Opening and holding a naira business account costs nothing. Transfers to other banks carry the flat fee listed above, shown before you send.
How is Lenz Intelligence paid for?
From your own operating balance, not a card. You accept a plain-language disclosure in Settings, a prorated amount for the rest of the month is debited, then ₦25,000 on the 1st of each month. Every debit appears in your activity as a platform fee from Lenz.
Is there a free trial of Lenz Intelligence?
The free workspace is the trial. You can use Lenz with your real money and real books indefinitely, and turn on Lenz Intelligence when drafting, connectors, or a larger monthly pool of Ask credits is worth it to you.
What happens if the monthly debit fails?
You keep Lenz Intelligence for 7 days while we retry daily. If it still cannot be collected, the add-on pauses until the account is funded. Your bank account, payments, payroll, and invoicing are never affected.
What is an Ask credit?
Ask Lenz is metered in Ask credits, not in questions. A short answer uses one credit. An answer that has to read more of your books uses more, up to 8 credits. If the model is not reached, the answer uses none. A free workspace receives 50 Ask credits a month. Lenz Intelligence includes 2,000. Unused monthly credits reset on the 1st. An extra pack is 100 Ask credits for ₦2,500, shown before you buy it. Pack credits stay until they are used.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. You keep access to the end of the month you paid for and no further debits are taken.
Does verification cost anything?
No. Company verification is part of opening banking, not a paid service.
When will additional currencies be available?
USD accounts and USDC are available. Dirham accounts are coming.
