The agreement

These terms govern use of lenzfinance.com and the Lenz product. The contracting entity and governing law will be stated here before public launch.

Workspace versus activated banking

Creating a workspace is free and does not create a bank account. Banking services, accounts, and payment capabilities activate only after company verification and approval by the relevant banking partner, and remain subject to eligibility and market availability.

Eligibility and authority

You must be authorized to act for the company you register. Information provided during verification must be accurate and kept current.

Instructions and approvals

Payments and other financial actions execute only through your company’s permissions, thresholds, and approval policies. Your company is responsible for instructions authorized under those policies.

Intelligent features

Lenz’s intelligent features read permitted data, explain financial state, and prepare actions. They do not execute money movement. Prepared material should be reviewed before authorization; your company remains responsible for authorized actions.

Fees

Opening a workspace is free. Banking services, transactions, foreign exchange, cards, and partner services may carry disclosed fees when activated.

Acceptable use

Use of Lenz is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Lenz may suspend or terminate access for violations, subject to applicable law and partner obligations.

Service changes and availability

Capabilities may change as markets, partners, and regulations change. Lenz labels availability honestly and does not represent roadmap functionality as live.
