The marketing site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The application sets one HTTP-only session cookie so you stay signed in, and stores the last workspace on your device. We will update this page before we add anything else. This summary does not replace the document below.

This policy describes cookies and similar storage on lenzfinance.com and app.lenzfinance.com as of 19 October 2026. It is part of the Privacy Policy.

The marketing site

lenzfinance.com does not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking cookies. Pages are served by Vercel. Vercel may process the IP address of a request in its ordinary server logs to deliver the site and to resist abuse. Those logs are not an advertising profile. We do not run a cookie banner, because there is no non-essential cookie to consent to.

The application

app.lenzfinance.com uses the following storage. It is required to operate the product.

  • Session cookie, named lenz_session. Keeps the signed-in session. It is a first-party cookie, HTTP-only and SameSite Lax, so page script cannot read it. It lasts for the browser session and is cleared on sign-out. The application cannot keep a person signed in without it.
  • Local storage on the device. The application stores the last workspace and the person’s role so it can reopen the right company. It does not store the session credential. It stays on the device until site data is cleared, and it is not sent to an advertising network.

What we do not use

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising retargeting, or any cookie that follows a person from Lenz onto other websites. Connected Google or Amazon accounts are OAuth authorisations made by the Customer inside the product. They are not cookies dropped by this website.

If this changes

If we introduce a non-essential cookie, including analytics, we will update this page first and, where the law requires consent, we will ask before that cookie is set. Consent will be recorded, and it will be withdrawable without affecting the session cookie. Until that change is posted here, the lists above are complete.

How to control storage

A browser’s settings can block or delete cookies. Blocking the session cookie means the application will not stay signed in. Blocking local storage removes the interface preference and does not affect banking.
