Plain-language summary
Lenz collects the information needed to open workspaces, verify companies, provide banking services through partners, and operate connected integrations. Identity data is treated as restricted material, intelligent-system processing is bounded, and you can exercise rights over your data. This summary does not replace the document below.
Who we are
This policy describes how Lenz Finance (“Lenz”) handles personal information across lenzfinance.com and the Lenz product. The contracting entity, registered address, and data controller details will be stated here before public launch.

- Operating intelligent features that read permitted data and prepare actions.
- Security, fraud prevention, and audit.
- Responding to enquiries and support requests.
Intelligent-system processing
Lenz uses language models to explain financial state and prepare actions. Material amounts and balances come from financial systems of record, not model output. Models cannot execute money movement, and their tool access is finite, organization-scoped, and logged.
Sharing
Information is shared with banking and verification partners as required to provide the service, with processors under contract, and where the law requires it. Lenz does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Identity documents and restricted identifiers are encrypted, masked in interfaces, and stored separately with logged access. Records are retained as required by financial regulation and deleted or anonymized afterwards.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law—including the Nigeria Data Protection Act—you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information, and you may complain to the relevant regulator. Contact routes will be stated here before launch.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced in the product and dated here, with prior versions archived.
